Tonya Toups
Attorney

Tonya obtained her law degree from Baylor Law School in 1994. She clerked for U.S. District Judge Joe J. Fisher from 1994-1995, and moved into the practice of law at Germer & Gertz, LLP., as an associate from 1995- 1999. Tonya took a hiatus from the practice while raising children, and re-entered the legal arena in 2009- this time exclusively focusing on family law.

Cassy Yates Crow
Legal Assistant

Cassy has worked for the firm since March 2015.  Cassy prides herself on her connection with the firm’s clients.  She enjoys keeping the client informed and working hard to advance his or her case through obtaining speedy court settings, mediation dates, trial dates, and managing the firm's docket.
